Charon Collier holds a Master of Science in Thanatology, the study of death, dying and bereavement. Her graduate education informs how she approaches end-of-life topics: with attention to evidence, context and the experiences of the people involved.
As a death doula, Charon provides non-medical support and education around the end of life. Her field experience shapes the questions she brings to each episode and the professionals she invites into the conversation. She does not present her work as clinical, medical or legal authority.
Through The Good Death Experience, Charon shares field-based insight, hosts professional conversations and produces practical education for the public and for people working across the end-of-life field.
